Favorite images of 2007

I sat down today and picked out my favorite images from 2007. These are the ones that really stick in my head as some of the better pictures I took last year. Some of them are technically good and others have personal meaning to me. I'll keep the chit chat to a minimum and just let the pictures do the talking.

Enjoy! Feel free to leave comments if you want. I love comments.

This is Claire, the daughter of one of my favorite clients. Isn't she cute?!?

The breathtaking Denver Art Museum

One of my all time favorite weddings. The groom was 70 and the bride was in her 50's. This is his expression upon seeing her escorted up the aisle.

My favorite senior portrait subject of the year, Eboni

I love this picture because of who's in it, my mom.

My little cat, Lilo.

One of my oldest friends, Magdalena (I call her Joanie), just before her wedding. She was so nervous!

From my last wedding of the year: the bride, Laura, and her soon-to-be mother in law, Chol, having a moment

The Denver skyline

From a western wedding I did in May

I love love love this picture of the flowergirl watching the wedding guests arrive.

Four sisters

They had a boy just about three weeks after this picture was taken! His name is Riley.

This one and the three below it are from an Audrey Hepburn styled shoot. The first two were specifically inspired by "Breakfast at Tiffany's". I had so much fun taking these!

This image and the three below it are from a "trash the dress" shoot. The funnest time I've ever with a wedding gown!

Esteemed jazz connoisseur Wallace Conway, talking about the thing he loves best.

Tamera, what a break year for photos! I LOVE the photo of the dog with the yellow bow! You know I love animals, so I also love the photo of the couple who had their engagement photos taken with their doggy-- how sweet! Last, but not least, the photo of your Mom is breathtaking... AND... even though Joanie was nervous, you captured a lovely photograph of her on her wedding day. You have such talent!

You are so wonderful. You get better all of the time. My favorite is the couple at night in the snow that is a WOW shot and the canoe shot is amazing.
I miss you terribly and hope I can come visit again sometime this year.

Happy new Year!!!
