Welcome to my blogspot!

This will be a good way to keep everyone up to date on the latest news. Here are some pictures I took today of Brian and Emily. Believe it or not, they just met this morning! No, they're not married, they were just modeling for me. I thought it would be fun to do a bridal shoot without a real bride and groom.
Everything turned out great -- I had professionals on board for the hair and the flowers (thank you Judy and Rhonda), and I did the makeup myself. The dress and the tiara were on loan from some clients (thank you Kathi, Dana and Melissa). The only problem was that it was the hottest day of the year. And I mean HOT! It was nearly 100 degrees out. Poor Brian was in a black wool Armani suit all day, and Emily was sporting a 15 pound satin dress. I can't imagine how much they must have been suffering, and they were too polite to complain. So thanks a million guys, you were not only gorgeous, you were professional and cheerful to boot! Great pictures!
